Can I try before paying?
Yes — Solo starts with a 14-day free trial, no card. Or book a 30-minute demo and we'll run your real bid package through BidCertain live so you see the cited output on your own project before you decide.
What's the upgrade path?
Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Stripe prorates the difference within the billing period. Your data, pipeline, rate database, and saved proposals stay intact across tier changes.
What about per-seat overage?
Team includes 5 seats and Business includes 25. Additional seats are $40/mo on Team and $25/mo on Business, billed at the end of each cycle. Owners control invites from Settings → Team.
How does the spend cap work?
Every workspace has a default monthly AI spend cap to prevent surprise overruns. When you cross 80%, the owner gets an email; at 100%, new AI calls are blocked until you raise the cap or the next billing cycle resets. The cap is configurable from Settings → Billing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. You keep access through the end of the paid period; we don't bill the next cycle. Your data is yours — export your pipeline, proposals, and rate database any time.
Is my data trained on?
No. We don't train AI models on your bids, your rate database, or your analyses. Your workspace is row-level isolated in Postgres and never visible to other tenants. We use Anthropic's Claude API with zero-retention settings on the prompts.

Multi-region specialty contractors, $50M+ ENR-class operations, SOC 2 evidence package, custom prompts, dedicated routing, SLA. Per-seat with a metered overage above 600 analyses / month.
